Respiratory Care Simulations

Patient simulations are cases that require the Respiratory Therapists to manage the entire care of the patient. The Respiratory Therapists begins with the general patient assessment to determine what brought the patient into the hospital by selecting and reviewing specific data. Thereafter, the Respiratory Therapists will recommend laboratory testing that will further lead to a problem (diagnosis). Based on the patient results, the Respiratory Therapists will recommend treatment that will possibly correct the patient problem. The overall process requires the cumulative selection of data.
